CGX Management provides professional knowledge and skills on sporting events management to event organizers in China via comprehensive online knowledge center and offline training led by masters in sports industry.

Reporting directly to the founder and chairwoman of Oriental Landscape (a listed company), I'm responsible for comprehensive strategy development and implementation of company’s sports business. My scope of work includes formulating overall business strategy, collaborating with international sports entities, acquisition of global sports assets, staging and creating major sports events and games, strategic investment on growing companies in sports industry, creating unique sports experiencing products as well as sports tourism destinations.

As one of the most critical business units of LeSports, the main task of Event Operation Center is to develop, obtain and manage sporting event IPs for LeSports. Event Operation Center was having 60+ capable staff in seven different function groups (the 7 groups are: Soccer & Basketball, Motor Racing, Marathon & Running, Winter Sports & Extreme, Event Marketing, Event PR & Broadcast Operation, Event Sponsorship Sales).

Responsible for planning company's new business strategy, mainly on innovative running events IP and a running APP development.

As head of Events & Attractions department in NBA China, I'm responsible for design, development and management of all NBA events in greater China region, promoting NBA brand and the game of basketball, maximizing our fan base, bringing in business profit, cultivating and developing our market in greater China. Meanwhile, we promote the business and products of other business units in the NBA in our events via integrated marketing.
