QC/Inspector quality manager The daily job: 1.resposible for the quality dept. 2.involve in the new project and draw up the quality plan. 3.Conduct the quality plan,included the Pre-production, In-line and Final inspection according to schedule provided by company and customer Quick solution to production problem. 4.following the production status,monitor the mass production and quick response to the quality issue. 5.write the finial quality report and suggest the improve solution. 6.make the inspection creteria according to the products feature , quality standard and requirement from customer. 7.conduct the final inspection according to the AQL standard and test method,finished the english inspection report. 8.summary report include the the quality issue ,improve solution and prevention action for this project. good at handle the quality issue and inspection method. inspect the product such consumption electric products,home appliance,glassware,metal,plastic and so on.

1.Conduct independment audit the vendor factory as requirement from our headoffice in japan,when the selected the vendor,to get the facility policies,bussiness interity,enviroment,training,production capacity,marketing,R&D,QC Process etcs .feedback the actual findings report to headoffice. 2.Following the production status and suggest the improvement. 3.Make the inspection standard and quality standard 4.Conduct the final inspection according to the client’s requirement base on the AQL Standard,finished the english report to headoffice in japan 5.develop the new products. familar with the following up the mass production and how to handle the quality issue.

Worked in this company as assist merchandiser , handle the email from customer ,develop the new item as the requirement of our customers and follow the mass production. Daily work to handle inquire from customer and quotation from vendor,audit/develop factory and new item include negoatiatet the price and sampling time,mass productiong time,shipment date with our vendor .i need to make the standard for inspection,recommend/feedback solution,so that improve the quality if meet any problem in the mass production.
