是Schneider中国大陆地区仓库物流进出口业务负责人，并兼管部分采购业务，使之整合成系统的供应链。主要负责联系德国总部确定货物运输方式和计划安排。管理第三方货运公司协调日常业务处理。仓库日常管理，对库存进行分析管控。和德国采购总监合作完成中国OEM项目。具体如下：CS管理：报价，订单确认，物料号查询，客户关系维护等。自2020年起，负责整个大陆区域所有客服工作。从此，schneider光学大陆整个供应链都我一个人管理。采购管理1. 支持德国采购部在大陆地区寻找可替代资源，通过沟通与各行业多家生产厂商建立了联系，使潜在供应商初具规模。并推动物流方面的成本节约活动，促进供应商通过适应流程。2. 合理安排会议日程，保证了总部领导考核各地供应商的工作效率。运营管理（供应商）1. 监控供应商的后勤准备，推动项目相关人员积极合作，保证了各个项目的进度。如：项目时间跨度太长而供应商又不能得到订单会影响供应商继续打样报价的兴趣，积极协调维护至关重要。2. 参与审阅图纸建立多方沟通渠道，增强了OEM组装商和各个零配件供应商配合度。物流管理1. 和德国进出口部保持联系，审查进出口产品信息，规避风险为每批货物确定最佳进出口方案。并管理中国本土第三方物流公司，监督他们完成既定方针。2. 按5S标准对仓库进行日常管理，持续改善对库存货物监管，优化了看板系统。主持定期盘点，保证了系统数据和实物的一致性。保持历年差异低于1%。3. 根据Schneider标准制定包装和运输要求，并予以实施，确保物流安全。4. 沟通海关构建了企业在政府部门的良好形象，方便通过政府审核。5. 实施包括收发货在内的一切Schneider上海分部基本业务，确保由下而上的整个链条顺畅。信息流管理1. 参与Schneider跨国供应链业务的商讨和落实，如：由德国或者香港直接发往客户端的物料如何安排进出口方案的建议，涉证进出口最优方案确定。2. 基于海关申报要素要求，建立了企业物料信息库，品种超过3000种，并分享给其他部门。 如：物料中文名的翻译和更新等。3. 基于SAP对公司物料信息收集整理，对重点物料掌握需求和库存等级。4．基于SAP系统数据对客户需求和物流的计算并给与咨询和建议，提升了客户对公司的好感度。风险管控提前预警并适时协助销售团队处理滞销和过时的库存问题。 分析库存平衡OTD和 ITO之间的关系，减少E&O。
