1. Customer system study and analysis, complete the architecture report, dig out the requirements, especially for industry trends2. Makes development plan for the product, develops a new generation or customised products, and makes corresponding strategies (Focused on RF connectors and cable assembly, passive cable assembly and components, high speed signal connectors for board, power connector and cable assembly for 5G AAU etc.....)3. Provides training, coaching, supporting, and delegating for R & D engineers4. Makes appropriate strategies for product sequence, completes the product development5. Better strategy and road-map for RF connector and cable assembly, even for fibre cable assembly6. Lead NPI project and strong support for all team members7. Work out all concept solutions for customer and try to design in better solution for customer8. Build up product portfolio, work together with PM FAE SALES to promote new products to customer

1. Makes development plan for the product, develops a new generation or customised products, and makes corresponding strategies a: Multi-level communication with customers, fully digest customer needs, Lead the team to complete the new product design. The Competitor Survey, and sample analysis, Make more effective solutions and with more cost advantages through brain storm meeting. Complete patent investigation, and create new patents b: Work together with engineer to refine drawings, Complete the feasibility assessment together with other departments, Make the product cost analysis table together with the factory, Multiple rounds of improvements and communication with all relevant departments. Finally complete product design. c: Leads engineers to complete reliability test list, etc. Complete the potential risks analysis, DFMAE PFMEA, etc. Making prototype samples production, Preliminary test verification, Identify and resolve potential issues. Then kick off meeting, to create mould, die, stamping tooling etc. Make a formal sample, confirmation of quotation d: Components for mass production, Certification, Official sample and product reliability testing e. Small batch production, problems summary,confirm that all the problem is resolved prior to mass production3. Provides training, coaching, supporting, and delegating for engineers4. 1.Design the goal of department, manage R&D processes,check report and drawings etc.2.Keep department working stable and smoothly,lead team to complete all task of R&D3.Keep training of staff,team working, evaluation,make incentive plan,prepare audit etc.4.Contact with CS or customer directly,then asign tasks to our staff acc.to customer requests5.Check our staff's work process, brain storm and concept design, making samples and prepare customer drawings and assembly drawings ,conenctor drawings ,cable assembly drawings, Spec&Material testing plan, verifiction of samples etc. 6.Lead staff apply patents and solve site assembly problem 7. Strong technical support for customer

1.Keeping contact with customer and after deeply study the request.....2. Make proposal and promote it to customer, if got approval from customer side, and calculate the cost, make check list from DR1 to DR7.3. Setup a new product and create molding and stamping tooling etc.. make samples and verify it, after validation test, send the samples to customer for qualification test, until get approval from customer.
