Description: This is a foreign trading company, this position is responsible for the textile brand TOMMY HILFIGER & CALVIN KLEIN JEANS for continuous improving supplier quality performance through product & process audit, final inspection and deep drive for corrective & preventive action. Work as a focal point for all items related to supplier quality control. Provide training, support, and leadership for cross-functional problem-solving activities.DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. perform the pre-production meeting, pilot runs inspection, inline / final inspection as well as clothing manufacturing risk assessmentin suppliers, maintain the inspection and audit data in system and drive continually improvement activities based on the audit findings on site. 2. Coordinate the inspection schedule of each factory then arrange the traveling reasonably. 3. Good Manufacturing Practices Assessment (GMP). 4. Trainning FCQA (factory certificate QA ), (inclued update customer information, level inspection standard). 5. Deal with customer complaints (identify the root causes of complaints, develop improvement plans and preventive measures).6.Provide guideline for the factories on process improvement such as Mold Prevention, metal control etc. to identify problem before or at earlier stage.7.Offer support and supervision to factory quality team on quality improvement with best practice sharing and SOP.8.Support and monitor the factory internal lab testing SOP against Brand standards and Industrial/Country requirements9.Problem solving & Technical support: in case of any problem found (in the factory or feedback from the market), or receipt of any technical enquiry, prompt response with professional assistance offered to get it solved10. Review & check size set sample, shipment sample, pre-production sample.

I have many years of inspection experience and am familiar with electronic products, plastic, metal and other groceries, textiles, bags, shoes, toys,Packaging products, such as the inspection standard and all kinds of reliability and safety test (customer PALMERS, VS, MOSOON, INTERSPORT, WAREHOUSE, puma, BHS, MARMAXX,, FOREVER, ROSS, LOVEBLE, etc.).The responsibilities of this position are as follows: 1. According to the quality acceptance standards, go to the supplier's production site to conduct initial, middle, final and packaging inspection of orders, comprehensively track and monitor the quality and delivery of orders of various categories to ensure the completion of orders with both quality and quantity;2. Patrol the site to prevent the occurrence of quality accidents and solve the quality problems on the site; timely report the abnormal situations in production to the superiors and solve the problems timely.3. Check the quality of finished products according to the production sheet and process requirements, and ensure that samples and bulk goods are delivered to warehouse on time and in good quality;4. Put forward opinions on the risks of prenatal edition, put forward reasonable order Suggestions and confirm QC inspection report;5. Clothing has knitting 30%, carding 35%, and cowboy 35%. The main brands are ADIDAS,SEVEN WOFL,DOCKERS..I was directly recruited as a QA reserve staff from the school. I did sewing for eight months and learned about the characteristics of various sewing machines and sewing techniques.In the QA training learning stage, I follow the learning process from the cutting department to the finished department to learn as follow. 1. Cutting room : understand all kinds of the fabric character ( fabric name / characteristic / shrinkage / loose cloth time), as well as familiar with the process / quality standards / inspection methods of cloth inspection.2. Sewing workshop: understand the production process of clothes, understand the inspection of technology and measurement, as well as the prevention and solution of sewing problems. 3. Washing department: familiar with the general washing method and process of washing plant, understand the acceptance standard of hand feel / washing effect/ color standard/measure of all kinds of cloth after washing water. 4. Finish workshop: familiar with the characteristics of special vehicles / blanching process / ready-to-wear standards and size requirements. After three months of training, I am responsible for the quality monitoring / progress follow-up of our factory and sub-factory, familiar with the process of clothing quality control (preproduction meeting / initial inspection / inline inspection / final inspection) and the acceptance standard of AQL, and know how to use ERP system to complete the inspection report in Chinese and English to the relevant departments.
