As a senior member in Field Legal team, being responsible for supporting sales team in Resources & Energy, Utilities, Mining, CP & LS industries.

Being responsible for general corporate issues mainly cover the areas of NEV, Autonomous Driving, Digital business, anti-monopoly law issues, etc.

Be responsible for reviewing contracts for complex deals in China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, which cover Digital, System Integration services, Consulting services, Outsourcing services, JV etc.

Drafted all of the legal documents for varies of projects, including agreements, contracts, legal analysis report, etc.;Managed external lawyers in specific projects, includes a RTO project in Singapore;As project manager, handled certain projects including US Ex-im Bank Sovereign Guarantee Loan Project, InterHealth Hospitals Project, Marketing Project, etc.

Supported the clients’ day-to-day operation from legal perspective; In M&A projects, worked for clients in deal shaping state, fulfilled DD investigations, and prepared all the necessary legal documents;Attended arbitration cases which were held in English.

Handled all of the legal issues of an WFOE, especially the APM Project in T3 of Beijing Capital International Airport;Assisted the General Manager with dealing with business issues, worked as both internal interface with other departments of Bombardier Transportation, and outside interface with the customer, the partners, the subcontractors, and competent governmental authorities.
