Since worked for China FAW Co., Ltd. R&D Center more than fourteen years, and then for GEELY, QOROS and Ai-ways, I mainly working on the development and application of both automotive material and the weight-lightening design. As the team leader in the section of the materials department of these companies I charged the professional system and team building as well. Such as built the product-oriented metallic material team of GEELY, Strengthened the material & lightweight department of Ai-ways. Especially working on the verification and evaluation of the automotive metallic materials, the development and application research of lot of automotive metallic material try to push application of these materials on the vehicles.Due to the great jobs on several material science and technology progress, I had been awarded 5 times. One of the second and one of the third prize of science and technology progress in Jilin province, one of the third prize of science and technology progress of the motor-dom, one of the second and one of the third prize of science and technology progress of the FAW. As one of the standard reviewer, I was invited as the specialist member many times for the Automotive Material Branch Committee of the China-SAE, the China Auto Lightweight Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the China Steel Standard Committee. And also I was engaged as member of the Automotive Material Branch Committee of the China-SAE, the vice chairman of the Stainless Steel Group of the Automotive Material Branch Committee.
