Shanghai Chengmei makes efforts on importing and selling new technology products, esp. 3D scanners, 3D printers and related software. As the General Manager of Shanghai Chengmei, I focus my efforts on business direction, distributor relation, and key project tracking. The main job description is as below: Responsible for strategies and operation of Shanghai Chengmei. Be responsible for business direction and P/L. Find good products and establish partnership with competitive brands. Trace sales activities and support sales team to hit or exceed revenue target. If need, help sales members to win projects. Plan training for sales team and other team members to ensure all of the members to be prominent.With my great efforts, Chengmei became the distributors of Creaform 3D scanners (since 2010), Z-Corp 3D printers (from 2010 to 2012), Objet 3D printers (from 2013, Stratasys 3D printers after Objet and Stratasys merged) from 2010 to 2015. I kept good relation with the China managers of the key partners.Our business expanded quickly with more than 30% of annual increase rate. In the end of 2011, Chengmei has been awarded as one of the best distributors of Creaform in China. And from 2012 to 2015, Chengmei was authorized as strategic partner, the top level partner, based on our revenue. In the early 2014, Chengmei was awarded as the best application executor in China by Creaform because we cooperated with one project of Shanghai Disney. Main achievement: Led Shanghai Chengmei to expand business and increase annual revenue with more than 30%. Made Chengmei one key distributor for 3D scanner and 3D printer, both the top level partner for Creaform and Stratasys. Got around 6 awards from partners.

Geomagic Shanghai is a wholly American-invested company. Geomagic 3D software is famous in 3D industries. I reported to the CEO of Geomagic Inc.Geomagic (acquired by 3D Systems in 2012) is a leading provider of 3D software for creating digital models from physical objects and for 3D inspection. Its flagship products are Geomagic Studio and Geomagic Qualify. Geomagic Inc. began its China endeavor in 2003. I was appointed as the country manager to build Geomagic Shanghai. And I was responsible for business, P/L and software testing of Geomagic Shanghai. Geomagic sold software thru partners, i.e., channel distribution.My main job description is as below: Responsible for building and running of whole Geomagic Shanghai in China and for P/L. Control and review Geomagic Shanghai budget and finance status. Manage operation activities of Geomagic Shanghai. Guide team members for extending market share in China and for software testing quality.  Manage marketing strategies and activities, including ad, study case, web pages and exhibition in China.  Provide periodic reports on Geomagic Shanghai to the CEO of Geomagic headquarter.Our team worked to enhance relation with the 3D scanner partners, such as Hexagon, Gom and Faro, and developed some other partners in China. We supported our partners to win projects. From the setting of Geomagic Shanghai, our business grew up with around 40% annually.
