 Assisted Chairman on high level government and foreign affairs, including participating in President Xi Jinping’s visit to Australia.  Liaised with a number of international top education institutions, including Harvard Education School, Harrow International etc, and participated in partnership negotiations.

British Council is UK government’s organization for cultural and education exchange. Designed and managed UK-China education projects working closely with country, provincial and municipal skills training & education authorities. Set up 10 key partnerships between UK and China education organizations, directly influencing over 100,000 policy makers, opinion leaders, professionals and students via high level policy dialogues, seminars, roadshows and joint programs etc  Published two books on UK-China Vocational Education Collaboration as one of the editors,  Secured sponsorship valued over 6 million RMB in cash and other resources by building up strong relationship with the business communities
