Major Responsibilities:–Demonstrate and lead the team to work with various customers(PSA France ,Toyota , GM, SGM , Hyundai Korea and local OEMs) .–Achieve the flawless launch and customer satisfaction for Powertrain and E&C PBUs.–Drive the Problem Solving , customer communication , customer management skills within the quick response team . –Production shopfloor Quality Improvement.–Change Management.Six Sigma project driving

Major Responsibilities:–Product issue analysis capability build up .–Failure quick response Standard work development and deployment.–New program flawless launch. –Customer technical issue management.Risk assessment and risk management.

Major Responsibilities:–Product technical role of the manufacturing site .–Product technical review and approval on behalf of the Manufacturing site.–Shop floor product failure , Customer Return root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation. –Customer issue technical responsibility for the Post launch product –Support the new program launch.–Support production shop floor to improve FTQ、OE.–Setup centralize Rework team .
