Working as Java engineer in movie department of dianping company, responsible for understanding requires, designing both business and technical, developing code, and coordinating QA team in testing. Independently completed 2 systems, dianping movie BBS and comment. Learned how to find the bottleneck of backend system and have many solutions and experience to solve these problems.

Act as a web team technical leader in responsible for working throughout the entire development lifecycle, including leading 3 members, making project plan, tasks assignment and tracking progress, and get involved in writing project requirements specification document, constructing server-side and the whole application architecture such as MVC, database design, JNI, Web Sockets, Web Services models, developing server-side interfaces and web portal compatible for PC and Mobileand solving many problems during system execution like performance.

1. Working with users to understand and establish requirements, transform these requirements to the executable tasks, and determine priorities, and get involved in accurately providing estimated development times2. Developing new applications, components & functionalities both back-end and front-end to new or existing systems. 3. Writing the technical and requirements documents, user manual, and provide assistance and test cases for testing team. 4. Interacting with designers, programmers and clients and analyzing data and conducting compatibility and quality assurance testing. Investigating alternate configurations & implementing better solutions. Designing, developing, testing & configuring for a custom pre-authenticated scenario. 5. Working hard for enhancing the look, functionality and appearance of a website. 6. Providing supports and documents to customer side for deployment, maintenance, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Being responsible for constructing basic architecture of project; Developing SSO, Portal configuration, notification email sending, statistics report, question module; Completing project document of functional specification and technical design, and communicated with customer about project requirements and handling issues happened in customer side.
