Responsible for gasoline fuel injector application(customer interface),drawing/BOMrelease, localization, production line daily support and warranty return analysis.Successfully led and managed two series gasoline fuel injector localization, significantly lowered down the cost thatstrongly supported the EMS system sales within ChinaHad 18 months on-the-job injector product and process training at US headquarterCreated band of group summary files for better project tracking and management ,improved group working efficiency.

Responsible for gas-injector application for all China EMS projects and the fuel rail andfuel module assembly lines (SOR,technical review,design and layout review,runoff …)Contributed to the several earliest EMS projects(SEM Delica/Freecar,SGM Sail and Brilliance Hiance) in China bysetting up the assembly cells for fuel rail,fuel module and oxygen sensor.Worked in Delphi Australia steering gear and fuel tank plant for 2 months as technical support. Solved the steering gearturning torque quality issue, designed tens of fixtures and tooling for fuel tank assembly line.

Responsible for steering gear PFD, SOR, equipment sourcing, design review and runoff. Provided PFD, SOR, production line layout support to Delphi-Saginaw JVs in China.Independently had SGM Buick power R&P gear assembly line (the first se-automatic powerrack&pinion gear assembly line in China) sourced (PFD,SOR,supplier technical reviewand nomination,design review…) in China after10 months product and process training atUS headquarter, also lead the run off. Later on the line was shipped to Australia for FOA.

Responsible for North China market sales, visited tens of potential local customers within 1.5 years.Sold one 5-axises profiler, one 800x800 horizontal machining center, one vertical machining centerand 2 CNC lathes in China.

Participated the set-up of the new production lines for Cherokee jeep crankshaft and connectingrod(including feasibility study, PFD,SOR, equipment sourcing, design and layout review,debug and run off)Translated lots of technical documentation of imported equipment.Acting as both process engineer and technical interpreter for crankshaft machiningequipment runoff and final acceptance in Germany and British.Solved crankshaft quality issues by self-taught CNC programming.Supported crankshaft and connecting-rod casting localization by try-out run on the line
