Responsible for team management, help establish, develop teammates, activate team spirits, raise team activity efficiency. 3. Take charge of all DFM/DVT/EVT/PVT of projects schedule planning, process supervision ,follow up with CRP,arrange 8D report, ensure projects can be finished on time with good quality, ensure the shipping date can meet customer target4. Responsible for coordinating with customers, vendors. to ensure the supply chain can work well together for one goal with lean production, less cost , to make our products success in the market
