[Duties]As the responsible engineer of industry safety product embedded software, I am responsible for:(1) Track the market trends and new technology, cooperate with the Marketing Department to develop overall solutions and product concept design;(2) Utilize software engineering practices to analyze, evaluate, and validate requirements, software, and systems; design, develop, debug, modify, test and optimize software programs using C/C++ and other programming languages and technologies; (3) Support product testing, certification and mass production;(4) Define hardware architecture based on algorithms and power requirements, debug and verify system functions and performance; Optimize and implement the algorithm.(5) Lead the research and implementation of various wireless technologies, such as BLE/ Mesh/ multi-BLE/ LoRa/ NB-IoT/ 5G/;(6) Track the development of new technologies, assist leaders to develop the roadmap of relatedtechnology evolution and implement the plan;(7) Work effectively in a cross-functional technical team, with wireless, mobile application, cloud, network security and other teams for development.[Achievement](1) Lead research and development of several embedded products, involving avariety of IoT technologies, such as ARM,BLE, LoRa, NB-IoT, Mesh, FreeRTOS, multi sensor algorithm fusion technology, mobile software, cloud, network security technology, which effectively enhance the competitiveness of the product industry；(2) A product “Intelligent Assistant Wingger at height” led by me, win 1st in 2019 Zhangjiang science and technology innovation talent competition, ranking 1/44;(3) Won 2019 “CEO Award Nomination” of Honeywell SPS Group; (4) Awarded “Retention bonus” 120,000RMB for excellent performance.

[Duties]Work in Tyco China Technology Center, Life Safety Product Department.Led embedded software of the product line of Firefighter of the Future, and wireless team leader.(1) Coded for products related to fire-fighting and smart portable devices, including firefighter monitoring and command system, firefighter call unit, gas detector, smart multi charger, based on platform of MSP430, ARM, STM32, NXP.(2) Act as a wireless team leader, focus on application of ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, Bluetooth, LTE 4G and IrDA; lead the team in research on SubG wireless module. Lead multi departments on 6LoWPAN wireless solution research and evaluation.(3) Co-work with engineers of EE, SW, ME, Testing, certification, and manufacturing team.
