Chief Project Engineer incharge of all the public charging station project building and final acceptance

2012/12----2017/02Job Responsibility：Assist senior project manager for regular docking/repair and emergency repair project of Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) Endurance-class tank landing ships, including: L-207 “Endurance”, L-208 “Resolution”, L-209 “Persistence” and L-210 “Endeavour”.1. Responsible for initial survey of all the electrical & machinery systems to record all the problems. And then plan for the repair schedule accordingly.2. Prepare for Test Protocol for all the main systems as testing procedure and final acceptance of the project.3. Responsible for daily electrical and machinery job progress and quantity inspection for job completion.4. Conduct machinery testing before final acceptance (HAT).5. Conduct Harbor Acceptance Testing (HAT) with RSN reprehensive and Professional Engineer (PE)6. Prepare all the report and acceptance for the vessel, sign off and handover to RSN reprehensive.7. Monitor for the system performance during warranty period.8. Lead the team and carry out emergency repair work in Changi Naval Base (CNB) if any problem due to the warranty or any other additional jobs assigned by RSN. Achievement: 1. Fully complete every regular and emergency repair project for all the 4 LST.2. Get customer’s satisfaction and appreciate from Republic of Singapore Navy LST Department.2012/09----2016/09Job Responsibility：Assist senior project manager for regular/emergency repair projects of Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) tug boats and various commercial vessels. Achievement: 1. Fully complete all the repair projects of PSA tug boats within this period.2. Fully complete all the repair projects of various commercial vessels such as tankers, offshore service vessels, marine working platforms etc.3. Get customer’s satisfaction and appreciate from Port of Singapore Authority and other customers such as Teras offshore, Orkim etc.

2012/01----2012/0Job Responsibility：1. Responsible for bidding of all the sales project in Asian Department.2. Responsible for Australian market coordination and monitoring.3. Supervise oversea substation and transmission line construction project and commissioning. Achievement: 1. Fully complete 5 bidding projects.2. Complete “Puchong substation” (Kuala Lumpur) transformer and switchgear construction program supervision as Project Engineer and handover to customer “Tenaga Nasional Berhad” (TNB) Malaysia successfully.3. Get customer’s satisfaction and appreciate from Tenaga Nasional Berhad Malaysia.

2005/10----2011/08Job Responsibility：Assist senior project manager for FPSO vessel and 6th Generation Semi-sub oil rig new build project.1. Responsible for daily job progress and construction quality monitoring.2. Monitor and report Non-performance activities and report to project manager to rectify.3. Set up and monitor the commissioning database during construction period to serve the final commissioning.4. Follow sea trail for final acceptance.5. Prepare and sign off final acceptance report with customers.Achievement: 1. Complete FPSO vessel P-54 (worth $380 million) project and delivery to customer PNBV successfully.2. Complete 9 new building projects of 6th Generation Semi-sub oil rig (each worth $450 million) for Seadrill 8 (West Sirius) /9 (West Tarus)/13 (West Orion)/14 (West Capricorn), Petrorig I/II/II (taken by Seadrill before delivery), Songa Eclipse and Atwood 10 (Atwood Osprey).3. Get customer’s satisfaction and appreciate from Petrobras Netherland B.V (PNBV), Seadrill, Songa and Atwood.
