Record requests by e-mails and phone calls to get key messages by structuring asking method. Try to solve problems at the first time, or arrange relevant people to help. And notice customer latest status on time, and confirm each problem solved finally.  Responsible for RAS license purchasing and budget application. Report to Boss end of each month. Provide safety report of RAS license for SONY zone China. Support the department Internal Audit（CICR）audit. Responsible for printer and scanner maintenance work, spare parts purchasing. Maintenance database, including property administration data and other data. Provide weekly helpdesk report, and monthly target report. Responsible for Sony zone China email Gateway, virus scan and filter every email.  Responsible for Sony zone China agency services Gateway, virus scan on web pages. Managing Sony zone China software and user permissions by Microsoft SMS. Responsible for Sony zone China network printer installation and management. Responsible for Sony zone China DHCP service management and Special fixed address assignment. Provide antivirus and system safety report for SONY zone China. Support the department Internal Audit（CICR）audit.Support department manager to manage IT projects, for example Joint Venture relocation projects, DHCP Server changing projects，Share Folder of File Server moving projects, anti spam system projects. Ensure user normal application, visit website and email application, provide technical support for exchange email system, managing users and PCs in Manu, auto-upgrade internet safety grade by group strategy, setup firewall to manage access authority. Provide VPN support for user in business trip. Provide teleconference support, responsible for data incremental backup.
