 Manage and coordinate the new project launch in China, the controlling the progress, cost and quality etc.  Corporation with Nexteer US techical center to review the design and manufacturing feasibility. Be responsible for analyzing and problem solving during new project implementation.  New Product implementation and data analysis.

 Leadership for New Project Planning and Manage Schedule for technical activities during product and process development, which is including:- Product Design for Manufacturability of localization.- Process development plan and review.- Process and tooling validation test plan.- Solutions for packaging. Lead Team Review about process specifications and requirements. Cooperate with TCK (technical center in Poland) to localise new products, coordinate with the resource to make sure the samples can be provided to customer on time, which is including Design FMEA identification, prototype control plan and design verification test during product development. Responsible Gate Sample and related report analysis and management. Work with TCK responsible for new equipment introduction. Participate project management regular meeting with customer, and technically support customer audit to new projects build. Cooperate with AQE (Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer) to audit and evaluate local suppliers for new projects in technical area.

 Responsible for heat treatment process to injectors and diesel pumps. Problem solving in production and continuous improvement, including tooling improvement, cycle time improvement etc. Set up parameter to new product and create the working instruction (WI) of new product. Create and update the PPAP documents of manufacturing process. Participate design FEMA evaluation to new products. Lead the improvement of Six Sigma Project in Lean Production.
