My name is Zhang zhiheng(Jason.Zhang), I graduated from Shandong Technology and Business University in 2006 and Majored in Management Science and Engineering.I joined LG innotek right after my graduation, I have been here more than 16 years .at first ,I am responsible for Camera reliability test, 3 yeas later I was in charge of the whole lab and quality planning department , My main responsibilities were reliability test and quality system management,(Quality system standard document management and revision，External audit correspondence、Reliability test of different products).Then I took charge of OQA/PQC/CS as an QA manager from 2014, My main work includes Customer and internal quality target management, leading internal quality improvement, New model Ok-to-build &OK –to- ship management. I have a lot of customer service and project management experience, Especially quality management and process improvement , I am familiar with all camera production process and good at quality risk control.Personally, I have a rather strong ability to study things independently , and respect team work and communication.After leaving LGIT, I joined Meta and took charge of VR/AR depth/AA camera supplier quality management.In the spare time, I like playing basketball with mu friends every weekends that will help me reduce pressure .I was married and I have a Girl who is eight years old and a son just five month.
