Responsible for business development, sales and quality control , need to handle more than 7million square feet leather yearly . work details as following:1. Organize the seasonal leather review with Brands and make development sample base on the trend of the Brands .2. Coordinate the sample making , quality and final confirmation during the whole process.3. Handle the claim from factories and solve the quality issue to ensure the on -time delivery based on the customer request.4. Maintain the monthly KPI reports for internal improvement and feedback to tannery Boss.5. Keep smooth relationshipwith brands we already have and develop new customer .

Deal all of leather claims from each factories ,coordinate quality dispute between factory and tannery . offer claims quality roots reason with improvement to tannery for future contral,follow customer quality requirement to contral sample leather quality standard and push tannery offer best leather ETD.2015-July to 2016-April travel to tannery (india) for leather inspection.

Responsible for shoes factory leather quality issue. Coordinate the relationship between brand and shoe factory( like Novi, Brown shoes with shoe factories).

Take charge of leather inspection department. Familiar with leather/PU/mesh cloth etc. quality requirement for Adidas, Nike and handle material abnormal quality issue in spot, communicate with supplier for material quality issue.

Control leather quality, training in factory internal leather production and Satra Certification, familiar with leather production process and quality requirement.
