Do all the commissioning involved in many kind of Diesel generator, shaft generator, Low and medium speed Main engine with fixed propeller and CPP remote control system, Bow thruster propulsion, Deck machine, Alarm monitoring system, Main switch board and PMS (power station management system)My responsibility as subsection chief on commissioning. Manage the commissioning plan, human resource arrangement, encourage the team member, and established the team spirit.
