Tech & AV Link Engineer

1. Dealing with daily IT related issues (including supporting a large number of VIP users and remote support for users who are not based in office)2. IT equipment preparation and assignment for new employees, IT assets check in and out3. Help user familiarize IT environment and assist users to purchase IT equipment, submit reimbursement4. Assist the Global technical team in IP phone and network upgrading, translate and convey technical related notices to users in a simple language5. Support events such as video conference/live streaming (Teams, Webex, Zoom, Dingtalk, etc.)6. Managing door access control system and authorizing access to share folders in file server for user

Citi Bank：1. Handling user's daily incident, resolve/complete the INC/REQ tickets created from service desk, including hardware, software and other failures;2. Responsible for IT assets management, installing operating system, deploy the software as the requirements from users;3. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, such as Win10 migration project, IP phone upgrade, Relocation), video-conference support, cabling in server room, etc.
