A.Lead the purchase of devices and accessories ( including but not limited to raw material、LED Lighting、20-300kw generator set、fans、cables),B.Establish and improve the company's spare parts material management, set up process and regulations for spare parts material procurementC. Monito OTD for all materials, deal with quality issues, coordinate with team member for daily operation, keep 95% on-time delivery rate.D. Develop full kit demand plan, establish the process of supplier evaluation and selection, obtained 5% annual cost reduction by negotiating with strategic suppliers.

TeCo Asia is a purchasing center for Euro. public list Company which is an expert in consumer electronics and distributor of electronic components,. As sourcing manager, main responsibility cover as below:A. Business trip to HK & Taiwan electronic fair, gather new products market trend which covers the range of electronic components, mobile & computer peripherals;B. Play a proactive role to create new business development/opportunity by recommending continuous new product or new supplier to drive NPI processC. Achieve cost saving from price negotiation with suppliers and successfully obtain 5% cost reduction progress;D. Actively support the own brand project by introducing 500 new products within 2015 E. Supplier consolidation via the shift from small buying volume to strategic suppliersF. Establish and monitor supplier relationships to assure the suppliers are following the Tecoasia workflows

A.excute RFQ with OEM factory (contract manufacturer) for Filter product, organize Quarterly businsss review including annual cost reduction progress,OTD performance,PPM review and etc. B.conduct RFQ for new product with PCBA supplier and expedite material delivery to meet product requirement, cost down negotiation for mass production projects; C.sourcing and develop new suppliers/cms for new projects/new business needs,lead vendor selection and qualification process with qualification team when supplier selection procedure applied for direct material purchasing, to ensure all required vendors’ general information and NDA in place D.shortage review for MP material and apply for PPV request of critical items E.capable to hold meetings/conference call both with internal team Oversea colleague and external suppliers in english. F.assitant to Oversea supervisor for arranging his daily living affairs, such as accomodation/Vehicle rental/work permit/temporary residence permition;G. successfully achieved 5% cost reduction annually with strategic supplier; lead team to assist oversea category manager to select new supplier

A. In charge of buying electronic components such as triode, Mosfet & IC materials, monitor supply chain process and ensure production line run smoothly. Appraise suppliers’ performance in aspect of service & good quality. Main manufacturers contacted: NXP, Onsemi, ST, Vishay, Infineon, TI, IR B. Spot buy materials from the open market when any active parts face shortage from original suppliers, familiar with spot buy channel and control well over the whole process. C .Take over supervisor’s responsibility while she’s on maternity leave for half year, played an important role in coordinating internally with team members and management, take part in inventory control proposal, consolidate shortage report then escalated to top management seeking for support. Communicate with suppliers pushing them to improve schedule. D.Set up business share with suppliers to meet cost down target and maximize company’s benefits from it.E. closely monitor on raw material suppliy status, effectively drive back critical materials to fullfil production requriement, manage suppliers' OTD performance to meet 95% target
