My name is Chih Jung Ko. I hold a bachelor's degree with a major in Fragrance and Cosmetics which was awarded to me by Kaohsiung Medical University in 2017. Therefore, I have solid background in biochemistry and organic chemistry. Meanwhile, analytical chemistry is also a vital subject when we are searching any existence of toxin in cosmetics or food resources. Currently, I am a first year master student, majoring in Biomedical Engineering in National Cheng Kung University. My research is focusing on material science as well as the interaction of biological response with specific material, especially in dental and orthopedic implant. Asides my major, I took many courses related to Materials Engineering such as Strength of Materials, Engineering Mathematics and Metal Materials. Trainings in laboratory for year have enabled me to practice my knowledge into designing experiment. Recently, I finally had a chance to participate in the 2017 Biomedical Engineering Science Conference, achieving excellent results at the poster competition in Biomedical Materials Group, which laid a substantial foundation for future research.
