1)Focus on Key Account's daily operation(Marks & Spencer; CK; Hugo Boss; ETRO; HOT WIND) 2)Coordinate internal departments (Import Dept., Warehouse Dept. and Transportation Dept.) (I) Import Dept.: Focus on the customs clearance procedure, the lead time of the customs clearance, help to solve and coordinate the CC procedure.(II) Transportation Dept.: The transportation arrangement from port to warehouse, the daily delivery from warehouse to stores, and also need to monitor the POD of each delivery. Solve the issues.(III) Warehouse Dept.: The daily inbound operations, outbound operations, return cargo operations; Also the warehouse will provide the VAS (value added service) to the customers. The operation procedure in warehouse including unpacking the incoming shipment, tallying, making the new label and CIT(Chinese Information Tag) for the products, scan the bar code of the products, counting, put away and arrange the goods into the dedicated SKU. Need to review the AQL and doing the stock check monthly. Will Set up the KPI and review the productivity of the warehouse operation monthly. 3)Deal with the Key Account's complaint 4)Monthly KPI review 5)Join in the bid process 6)Special project monitor & Coordination 7)Collect the cost and make the quotation 8)Look into the whole logistics procedure 9)Make up the plan for the double 11 promotion for the customers
