Design 3D drawings and two-dimensional drawings.3. guide the site personnel to the installation and commissioning of the hydraulic equipment. Cooperate with electric department to make operation manual.(2) provide the type of hydraulic product that is consistent with the customer according to the customer's needs, so that it can meet the needs of the field equipment.(3) go to the field and make field investigation, do the technical exchange with the field personnel, and give the customer the improvement of the function of the hydraulic system. Its products include the design of the rolling pipe hydraulic station, the design of the hydraulic station of the heating system, the design of the hydraulic station of the loading system and so on(4) to solve the sudden problems in the use of field equipment.(5) a system that recommends design for the customer to improve the function of its equipment.

Mainly responsible for the product: the design of the hydraulic power part of the forging press machine;Hydraulic principle diagram design: calculate the mechanical force of the hydraulic cylinder of the forging press and transform it to the liquid pressure, choose the flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump, and choose the type of the pump.According to the functional requirements of the forging press, the selection of the servo valve, the proportional valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve, the pressure valve, the flow valve and other specifications are selected.The power part design: according to the function of the schematic diagram, we design the hydraulic system component diagram, transform the schematic diagram into the fluid function part, including the design of the fixed function block of pressure, flow rate and reversing valve.Connecting pipeline design, through the principle diagram to calculate the path of the main road, auxiliary pipeline, pilot control pipeline, according to the site layout of the pipeline layout.Design the tank size according to the flow required for the selection of the pump.The hydraulic accessories are designed and the mechanical fixings required for the hydraulic parts are designed.
