• Establish and Manage the validation and prototype dept for transmission system in China tech center. •Manage the validation & testing group and tester facilities in China Tech Center. •Manage the prototype building group in China Tech Center.• Responsible for dual clutch transmission/P2 HEV/DHT clutch module，control module and solenoid development testing engineering, including all testing and prototype building. •Prototype building and testing planning. •Resource management. •Testing development based on engineering requirement.• Responsible for production validation and VAVE. •Testing planing to meet TS China plants validation requirement. •Resource management to ensure the validation on time. •Testing development for VAVE.• Responsible for system support for DCT project and P2 project, including vehicle level testing, customer issue root cause finding and benchmark on vehicle and test rig.
