1.Logistic planning and improvementA．take part in the lean logistic program of Shunde Factory，focus on workshop internal material handling system design，incoming material unloading，layout storekeeping，supplier packing design， assorted material as a order job，modular and wheeled material distribution，andon light alarm system.2.Workshop planning and production line designA.take part in the Wuhu new factory layout design in 2010 – focus on assembly workshop design, internal function area division, production line design, internal storage management, material handling design as so on; in the early period of operation, guide the first-line manager in production management, 5S，term work, gemba improvement and so on.3.IE improvementA．instruct efficiency improvement to first-line and middle manager of the oversea factory(Vietnam factory),including gemba manage and improvement，IE basic skill，building efficiency performance system，ST mensuration. B．take part in the introduction foundation management for the new injection molding factory in 2010, focus on injection molding factory efficiency management, basic team management, enhance the output of injection molding machine (die area management, reduce abnormal shutdown, operation analysis, worktable design,); assembly line production efficiency (flexible production line design, line balancing, layout adjustment and material handling design) .4.Efficiency managementin charge of efficiency of management, build up the efficiency performance system in five factory, set different efficiency KPI in assembly plant, part fabrication factory; build up efficiency monitoring system around the factory, timely figure out the abnormal. Set up reasonable manpower requirement model in assembly plants, part fabrication factory monthly, provide technical support to Production Dept for the shifts arrangement monthly and personnel department for recruitment;
