Hello, my name is Liu Zhonghuan. I work as an IE at MiTAC and have about three years of work experience.The work content mainly includes new product NPI, new process introduction and other product projects.I have a certain understanding of capacity and cost management, and often participate in factory optimization projects.I used to major in IEM at YZU, the school attaches great importance to programming abilities. Therefore, various programming courses were provided, allowing me to obtain sufficient training in programming logic.At the same time, I also chose the "Intelligent Manufacturing Course" as my study direction. In addition to learning how to achieve lean and efficient management, I also went to the Department of Chemical Materials to take cross-disciplinary courses related to semiconductor manufacturing, it has brought a lot of help in the workplace.After leaving campus, I experienced two IE jobs. In the past three years, through long-term study and observation on the production line, I gradually became familiar with the environment of the technology industry. I was able to complete the work independently and use the tools in the textbooks, such as ECRS, capability assessment and other methods are used to solve problems and have begun to produce some results. Truly bringing positive value to the company.The two companies I worked for were one as a chip, packaging and testing factory with highly automated semiconductor equipment, and the other as an electronic components and system factory with many manpower and system specification issues.Although the categories are different, it has taught me to think about problems from more perspectives, I believe that will be an advantage for me when facing challenges in the future.In addition to daily work, the position of IE, as a role that emphasizes continuous improvement, often requires cooperation with others to implement projects. In addition to good logic and communication skills, it also requires certain professional abilities. I always spend my time after work to learn new knowledge or industry trends through the news, magazines, or internet courses. I plan to studying at an on-the-job graduate school to supplement my academic qualifications and improve my work skills.I am currently actively looking for a long-tern position as the next step in my career.
