Then audit and certificate suppliers several times 2014.6-2018.7 Global Procurement Manager1.Be in charge of oversea procurement business in Pakistan, Brazil, Columbia, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh etc.2.Make annual procurement plan and monthly plan, and manage the purchase order & payment reasonably.。3.Searching and certificating new suppliers in oversea countries4.Be familiar of international trade, collect supplier source, price, logistic infor etc and evaluate the total cost in different scene. Then initiate purchasing location decision, optimize purchasing strategy. 5. Manage whole procurement procedure such as introduce new product ,confirm specification, commercial negotiation, make purchasing strategy, sign contract etc.. And finally make sure project can be implemented effectively.6.Conduct suppliers management, improve cooperation with supplier by means of vendor performance evaluation and other methods.
