Organize regular review with NPT engineering team to put up the improvement action for new capability.6. Drive & team up with Operations and OEMs to optimize & make improvement whenever there is new technology for manufacturability purposes.7. Lead the technical review with Process Engineering and Prototype Operation team when there is a NPT activities to ensure the capability readiness to run Qualification or engineering activities8. Maintain/Drive the product design rule, and process/factory capability come from new technology and products9. Smooth ramp up HVM and mass production for the new products and new technology.

In charge of Product integration after RFMD Merger with Triquint.1. Lead the BJ development team to ensure the readiness to support the next generation manufacturing technology requirements2. Groom area engineers for all assembly operations on engineering knowledge & skills7. Implement and manage SPC system
