Collect valuable information from customers to share with the Line Commercial and the Product Manager. Resolve customers’ complaints and ensure a dynamic team spirit.• Product Management: Ensure the availability of stocks, in varieties (item\quality\colour), places (floor and stockroom) and time (replenishment, new arrivals, sales) to boost the sales efficiency.• Store Image: Adjust the store image to follow the company standards and respond to the local customers' needs and expectations (visual merchandising, control of installations, staff image monitoring, closing standards...).• Staff Management: Support and coordinate Section Managers, assign duties, solve conflicts coach new employees, strengthen cohesion within teams, follow up, plan holidays, schedules and rotations, fill all related documents (forincoming and outgoing staff).• Budget Control: Handle all sections resources efficiently, reach highest sales objectives with lowest costs (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, TGT, Cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure...).
