As a member of China-API Team, I'm responsible for analyze, investigate and answer relevant problems encountered by developers of partner companies when using Airbnb API. Determine bug level then feedback to global team if necessary, assist to locate problems and follow up until problems are resolved. English can be used as working language.

I was mainly responsible for the technical support work of Cargill customers, solving ticket system problems for global customers, most from India, Japan and Malaysia in Japanese or English.Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both technical and non-technical customers in Engilish/Japanese, follow up on the issues on their end and promote problem solving and give feedback to customers.As a member of global department, I was also responsible for English and Japanese translation during the meetings when needed.

Mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of Nitto trade system in Japan. The main tasks were to:To investigate the bug reported by customers when they using Nitto system and analyze the cause of the problem.To complete basic engineering, detailed enginnering doc, etc.I was in chargr of business communication on different levels, to perform technical design, functional development and testing for requirements and completion regular basis.
