I am responsible for the management of a 16 stores to achieve the best sales results guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction. I support my area expansion (openings, trainings, support team).And coordinate with other Commercials to provide the same message and priorities to all the sections in the stores. Support and coordinate Section managers in organizing store personnel, assigning duties, interviews, hiring, training, motivation, evaluation, Rota, attendance, OT, disciplinary measures, and corresponding paperwork (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving.
