• Undertake bank statement reconciliation for fundraising on daily basis; • Process around 50 payable invoices, and handle staff reimbursement claims per week on timely basis via TechOne;• Handling internal and external inquiries independently, such as liaison with suppliers in connection with invoices authorisation and reconciliation;• Assist in matching and coding funds for general journal via Pronto;• Reconcile suppliers’ statement with their invoices on regular basis, arranging payments timely and accurately;• Assist financial controller with month-end and year-end financial reports;• Coordinate with divisional operations coordinators to allocate donations to fundraising events in various regions;• Data entry in Special Events Database (SEDB) and investigate shortage in batches; • Perform administrative work as required;• Gain experience of using office software such as SEDB; • Use advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table to generate spreadsheet for fundraising analysis and budget forecasting;
