作为CTO领导11人项目团队（机械工程师3人，嵌入式开发工程师2人，软件工程师3人，测试工程师 1人，销售2人）负责公司产品研发与战略规划,负责产品的整体架构设计与核心功能研发，在智能硬件领域研发产品，包括智能硬件与互联网平台系统。目前产品为智能门锁与智能车位锁，已形成产品销售，并与重庆政府合作，在重庆北碚试点运营智能路边停车系统。可搜索“安愉停车”获知更多信息，关注“安愉泊车”微信公众号试用。取得的成就1. 领导跨技术领域的团队开发了新一代智能门锁，结合“安愉生活”APP与安愉物联平台可对门锁进行远程语音开锁，与远程授权开锁。2. 在树莓派硬件平台上使用Java,Bash Shell 与Perl在Linux系统下开发了地锁中控机系统与自动故障恢复监控程序，使用Puppet进行中控机Linux系统的配置维护。3. 使用PHP,MySQL,MongoDB,Redis,Java Spring Boot与rabbitmq开发了分布式高性能的智能停车后台系统，为微信端与APP端提供后台数据支撑。4. 使用.NET开发了基于车牌识别的停车场系统，此过程中形成了自己的快速开发框架。5. 充当产品经理角色与硬件工程师一起设计了新一代智能车位锁，除了基本功能外还使其兼容了微信蓝牙，APP蓝牙与ZigBee三种开锁方式。6. 使用智能车位锁结合地磁传感器搭建了无人值守的路边停车智能系统，已在重庆北碚运营。7. 在Linux下使用nginx与PHP fastcgi结合Linux LVS技术搭建了动态均衡服务器集群，并使用docker进行环境的配置与管理。8. 使用ADT开发了路边智能停车管理使用的Android APP，此过程中形成了自己的Android 快速开发框架。9. 使用java, spring boot,easyui 与自已编写的orm框架搭建智能硬件的生产，销售，与维护管理系统。10. 培养了公司的中坚技术力量，完善了公司研发与运维体系。Work as CTO to lead a 11 member size R&D team(3 mechnical, 2 Firmware, 3 Software, 1 Test, 2 sales) focus on products R&D and be responsible for overall product architecture design and core functionality implementation of hardware, software and back-end platform. INTEL公司有一个自动安装软件制作过程标准.为了执行这个过程,我作为一个安装工程师负责安装模板的制作,其中用到了Installershield, Perl 和Unix操作系统.我的另外一个任务是协助设计这个过程标准,其中我开发了一个叫做”APSeditor”(APS: auto-program system,APS是Intel安装工程师在进行安装软件制作时使用的一个框架)的软件,这个软件可以对这个标准过程进行配置并可以对这个过程进行可视化的操作.INTEL Corporation has a standard Auto-Installation Software Creation Procedure. To carry on the process, as an installation engineer, I focus on the installation template creating with Installershield, Perl, and UNIX platform. Another important mission I am involved is to assist in the designing standard Auto-Installation Software Creation Procedure, I have created a software called “APSeditor”(APS is short for auto-program system which is used as a framework by Intel installation engineer to create installation software)to configure the procedure and offer a possibility to manipulate the procedure in a visual manner.
