Mainly engaged in KaiOS FOTA solution verification, requirement review , backend data operation and app test.1, Responsible for FOTA function verification before KaiOS releases baseline version to Customer, to make sure that FOTA solution works well;2, Responsible for giving guide and instructions about KaiOS FOTA solution, including FOTA client configuration in software, FOTA package generation, FOTA server guide. In addition, give response to Questions from customers and process related bugs. Also, collect FAQ from customers and give solutions. 3, Co-work with Big Data team and backend team to build and optimize FOTA data analysis model for FOTA activation and upgrade rate report, analysis failures of update and monitor abnormal data. 4, Review operators' FOTA requirements (AT&T , TMO, Verizon, Sprint…...) to see the gap between requirements and KaiOS solution. Meanwhile, collect and submit new requirements about UE optimization

1,Be proficient with OMA DM/FOTA and it's requirements and test flows for different Operators, e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, TracFone. Assist VPM to pin the milestones of DM FOTA certification process, Pre-evaluate workload, manpower and risk. Co-work with multiple R&D departments to lockdown requirements and designs.2,Follow in PTCRB/GCF test for OMA DM FOTA and AGPS. Perform Pre-PTCRB/GCF test before lab entry. Track defects reported by lab and analyze the root cause according to specification. Co-work with software engineers and lab testing engineers for solutions, ensure to make issues fixed and PCTRB/GCF certification test pass.3,Extensive experience in onsite support for US operators( AT&T, T-Mobile,TracFone,etc) and certification test in labs (TLC, China Telecom Laboratory, Guangzhou, Qualcomm, Aircom, Cetecom.) 4,Experienced in VPM interface, responsible for project validation task assign, monitor test progress, generate test report to VPM about the quality.
