Responsibilities:1. Support Business Manager to prepare RFQ2. Drive new product development program with HW, SW and cross function team to deliver products 3. Lead projects, covering the whole project lifecycle and ensuring they meet scope, time, cost and qulity expectations. 4. Manage the product development activities as customer interface , coordinating with internal R&D team, design team and Bussiness Manager to get approval on functionality. 5. Identify and manage project risk and issue in project whole lifecycle. 6. During project lunch phase, work with lunch manager to monitor and track the progress, communicate and coordinate with external customer and internal cross functional teams to ensure all project key dates are met, specially sample submission and product approval.7. Arbitrate any conflicts with external customer or internal operational team, close the open issue on time.8. Work with Bussiness team through engineering change or changes in launch process to improve Contribution Margin and meet company objective.Projects: VS200G, NVR2821, SINO100，KDM201Achievements: 1. Lead 2 projects from NPI to launch product as expectations. 2. Lead 1 project from kick off to launch product as expectaions. 3. 1 project from kick off to NPI. 4. Work with bussiness team to achieve 15% cost down in 3 projects.

Responsibilities: 1. Co-work with all stakeholders to generate platform specification2. Communicate with all stakeholders (such as NA Silicon design team, SI team, SRDC validation team, mechanical team, customer) and co-work with teams(layout, manufacturer, validation, debug) to make sure the system can be delivered timely and smoothly.3. Mother board (include Notebook and Desktop) schematic design basing on specificationReview layout and co-work with CM to deliver boards4. Bring up system and debug issuesClarify/fix all HW relative issues which found in system validation period5. Support customer to verify/fix issue after reference design deliver to customersProjects: Dory and Dory DAP, Krishna, Thebe&Thebe DAPProjects Info: Desktop/ Notebook systems which are designed for new silicon bring up/validation and delivered to customer for reference or supporting customer testAchievements: Support three silicons lunched on time with high quality.
