As a product manager, conduct competitive product analysis for platforms such as document content management/sales channel management/cloud marketplace, in charge of product strategies and plans based on business planning, set platform goals and measures, complete product design, follow up the compliance requirement with internal business, legal and finance department, manage new features go-live, performance data tracking and manage content outsourcing team.

• Overall Finance system globalization projects: Coupa reimbursement implementation, Financial system globalization project phase 1&2(Oracle ERP and Fusion), overseas IMS SAAS, overseas business travel plan and reimbursement system implementation project• Project Scale Phase 1: half-year implementation with 50 key stakeholders and 15 consultants(Coupa/ERP)• Project Scale Phase 2: 1+ year implementation with 100+ key stakeholders and 30 consultants(Strategy/Fusion)• As an overall globalization project PM, working with consultants and internal IT teams, to make sure the solution quality and applicable to business, also responsible for meeting the project overall goals, including management report, cross-department coordination, time management, requirement and implementation quality control, scope control and prioritize, ect.• Meanwhile as a BA of the in-house system, conduct requirement analysis and system solution design and documentary during the projects.• Establish the multiple system language management process, and establish the outsourcing translation teams.• Roll out the overall solution to U.S./Europe/Singapore/India countries
