1. Responsible for certificate works of Governors and Actuators made from Woodward Tianjin and Suzhou factory, including: CSA、UL、ATEX、IECEx and ECE（E11 and E4）2. Manage Marine Classification works for High Pressure Fuel Pumps and Fuel Injectors designed by Woodward L’Orange,involve in: CCS、ABS、BV、KR、RINA、DNV-GL、RS、NK and LR;3. Obtain and maintain product certifications, complete initial/annual audits from each agency and classification; 4. Review and approve design changes and QANCRs;5. Join in Project Gate meeting, provide Compliance Assessment for every project;6. Summarize Compliance Issues with USA HQ and Global Compliance team regularly, communicate with WLO HQ about Marine Certificate issues;7. Collect and analyze Regulations、Directives and make decision accordingly;8. As ISO9001 auditor, participate in internal auditing twice a year;

1. Manage all the CCC-Cert, E-Cert and VSCC-Cert of Fuel Tanks produced by TI Automotive Group, including 15 overseas plants and 6 domestic plants;2. Provide Quotation and Service Contract to overseas plants on the CCC-Cert Application 3. Assist the applicant in completing the application doc. & preparing type test samples;4. Perform the Initial and Annual CCC, E-mark inspection in Tianjin Plant, support overseas plants with their audits;5. Arrange the Annual Validation test and Sample test for all plants;6. Collect CCC,ECE,VSCC relative rules and directs, keep all plants updated and trained;7. As Internal auditor, take part in factory internal auditing once or twice a year, including: draw up auditing plan, implement auditing, non-conformity tracking and so on.8. Compile the CCC training material, train the relative engineers, in order to make the application more efficient, reduce non-conformity.9. Responsible for the ISO17025 Certification of Internal test lab, compile the list of program files and record sheet.

1. Manage all the homologation businesses for Benz trucks, chassis and Unimogs;2. Compile the procedure files of new applications and modifications, coordinate the schedule of test lab, ensure homologation plan; 3. Responsible for the Initial and Annual CCC inspection for Woerth plant and Molsheim plant;4. Take charge of CoC registration for all chassis and tractors, support customers with license plate issues;5. Collect and analyze vehicle relative regulations and standards in China and Europe, assist HQ to make decision accordingly;6. Support Production, Sales and After-Sales Depart. with compliance suggestion and consultancy;
