1.Receiving order from Key Account, and checking the delivery term and unit price on the order; 2.Updating the order and forecast into ERP weekly; 3.Confirming the L/T of the order, and informing the customer; 4.Paying close attention to the resin and FG to the order, make sure delivery in time; 5.Arranging shipment. for export cargo, making the custom clearance documents, and tracking the receipt information; for domestic cargo, placing the order in the WEB-EDI and create ASN; 6.Informing finance to invoice customer; 7. Dealing with the logistic complain; 8.Paying close attention to the flotation of the order, for EOP components, informing the relative department to control the FG and WIP, and communication with customer to absorb the dead stock within L/T. 9.Making the inventory report in the third party warehouse at the end of per month, and comparing and analyzing the sales data with the forecast; 10. Assisting sales and PM to import the new project, assisting finance to push the payment of the overdue invoice; 11. Assisting quality to arrange replacement, replenishment and return.
