I took over as GM at Taiwan head office and lead the team to bring automation cutting to the highest peak. I also used the automation machines to implement the concept of Industry 4.0. At the time, the selling record of RINK ranked the top among all agents and also grew the revenue by 3 times.

I transferred to the head office and was responsible to simplify the communication between customer and supplier by integrating customer relations and services into one-window-for-one-customer.

I became Vietnamese office manager and was responsible for inner and outsider works of sales, services and technics. During the same period, I imported a standardized after-sale service operating system. This helped customers to clearly view the procedures before, under, and after the business.

I started to import the European 3D pattern and grading, and costing system into Asian shoe factories. And I planed to combine CAD and CAM to a set and helped many famous brands and OEM factories to transform their working style.
