Senior Sourcing Specialist, product line includes all Hardline categories like Toys / Pin / Souvenir / Home / Seasonal- Provide rigorous cost and market analysis following models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on total cost of ownership- Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process- Ensure compliance with Strategic Sourcing policies and best practices- Continually assess market conditions and develop procurement strategies that maximize value to the Company- Provide equivalent support to other territories as needed- Risk identification to ensure good performance on quality and delivery- Supplier management and Identify new potential suppliers- Monitors supplier performance and organizes business review meetings.- Data analysis for cost reduction opportunity - Be aware of market trends and conditions that affect suppliers, cost of goods, pricing, and the resulting impact to clients.- Research and implement “best practice” procurement techniques, including supporting technologies related to sourcing commodities- Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current industry best practices and continuously improve professional skills and technical expertise- Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances

Assistant Account Manager, product line is daily accessories like Cut & Sew, Plastic items, Cookware, Cosmetics etc-Identify, qualify and develop competitive, socially compliant suppliers, with matched capabilities to product type. -Negotiate with suppliers on costs; manage quoting process, inventories, lead-times, capacity, MOQ, quality, and production schedules. -Work with sourcing, operations and engineering teams for development of new OEM products and modification of existing products. -Work with US customer on assignment and prioritization of sourcing projects, assist in negotiation of supplier terms and contracts. -Work with relative departments to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, etc., assist logistics in expediting issues for initial delivery. -Make routine visits to suppliers; help improve supplier internal management through daily communications. -Liaison for product development needs and supply base, assist in supplier product approvals. -Bridge and facilitate communications between US customers and its suppliers -Train the new comers to help them with the job know-how and company rule -Perform other duties as assigned by management.
