Responsible for the operation management and process engineering management of CH MOE @ PkP:1. Responsible for organizing and arranging production and operation in accordance with BPS requirements and implementing system-CIP Project; Responsible for leading to drawing the current and future value stream maps of CH per year and deploying the improvement project;2. Responsible for Leading PSx，8D analysis and follow-up PDCA;3. Responsible for DLR process audit，responsible for on-site process confirmation of the value stream Bio-weekly, supervising and tracking the measures of OPL;4. Manage the ME daily work, optimize the process flow, ECR process, Process change management and lead the improvement of CP and P- FMEA；5. Responsible for leading and participating in the use of all available resources to ensure customer order delivery, reduce costs, control waste, improve production efficiency and improve quality;6. Responsible for the management and evaluation of employees in the department, including employee development, performance evaluation, training and coaching, etc.;7. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining collaborative relationships with other departments.

Take in charge of the operation managent of Beijing service center, Beijing workshop:•Entirely responsible for operation department(workshop, warehouse, service team，purchasing and logistic), make department work plan and schedule objectives;•Reasonable allocate people, goods, contents etc. Participate in internal and external coordination of production and services, commercial negotiation, implementation, training, etc.•Responsible to formulate department rules and regulations, procedures etc.•Responsible for Department CI.•Responsible to build and maintain the quality system.•Responsible for staff management and assessment, including employee development, performance appraisal, training and coaching etc.•Responsible to prepare the budget.

•Supervise entire production process, optimize constraints of delivery time, quality, labor capacity and machine capacity and revise them as necessary•Make sure the equipment and facility are in well running and maintenance stituation.•Check and dispose each kind of condition that effect production (material, equipment, person, method and so on). •Carries on reduces the cost, control the waste; improve the production efficiency and the quality project. •7S management •The team constructs: to supervise and make assessment to personnel within group with responsibilities to include staffing, performance management, development and coaching, training, and application of policies, programs, and procedures. Establish good interior relations, promotion interior effective communication. •Make the departmental budget.

 In charge of manufacturing workshop, packing workshop, warehouse, logistics and master plan. Manufacturing workshop include: 1 welding and sheet metal forming workshop (MIG & TIG); 1 powder coating workshop; 1 spray painting workshop; 1 panel and post forming workshop. Formulates the production strategy according the company's development plan and the customer request. Supervise entire production process, optimize constraints of delivery time, quality, labor capacity and machine capacity and revise them as necessary. The department management: Balanced different workshops’ productivity. Supervise the management and the operation of the warehouse. Check and dispose each kind of condition that effect production (material, equipment, person, method and so on). Make sure all department staffs to observe company rules and regulations, the policy and the procedure. 6S management  Carries on reduces the cost, control the waste; improve the production efficiency and the quality project.  the team constructs: To supervise and make assessment to personnel within group with responsibilities to include staffing, performance management, development and coaching, training, and application of policies, programs, and procedures.
