QIG Manager , Report to AP DirectorResponsible for manufacturing & NPI; customer quality problem solving and improvement activity for Great China site and all customer OEMs, · Working with plant cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer for major customer quality issue · Lead and drive on problem solving methodology system & amp; process building up, training, execution and implementation. · Lead and conduct customer quality improvement workshop to improve plant quality to exceed customer expectations.· Lead and drive on lessons learned and conduct best practices sharing cross the region· Push and drive on product/ process design modification, follow up and effective verification· Teach, coach, mentoring, develop local staffs capability & competency on problem solving methodology· Drive Lean six sigma project in Network Power and report to AP Quality Director.
