Sony NPI/transfer project management.Define NPI/transfer project support govern model, roadmap, milestone and responsibility.Benchmarking Sony ODM and EMS production solution and cost evaluation.Factory handbook audit and action follow-up. (E.g. Generic requirements directed towards the factory, its production and supply processes and the industrialization project.)NPI Products’ manufacture site location selection by executing EMS/ODM factory production capability evaluation (MECA).Specify, manage and update budget, organization, assignment specification, time plan for the NPI/Transfer requirement.New technology, feature, risk and challenge evaluation and implementation plan.Estimate impact of product process changes on refinement cost together with Business Management (BM). Lead the test object team work as NPI (New Project Introduction) to finish our task from design to HV (High Volume) production, deeply cooperate and work with R&D in order to improve the quality from test side.Follow up test object program according to TTM (Time to Market) module, create and follow up object budget and time plan.Lead team members in test process development and execution, to solve all the issues of execution and development.Deeply discuss with R&D regarding test solution, test equipment selection and fixture modification (test strategy).Work as interface to IP (Industrialization project) and HV project.Responsible for the test yield (pass rate), lead the engineers to find out the root cause of component, PCB and phone failure, report the issue and suggest to R&D in IP and HV phase.Work as the interface to NPI and HVM, Co-ordinate all test related activities in order to meet project yield, line capacity installation and balance. Document and maintain project related documentations .e.g. DFM-E, DFM-T, PPVP, Yield report. Lessons Learned, FMEA, Risk List etc.Project manpower, resources arrangement and management.
