Assistant Statutory & Group Reporting manager 2018.4-present-Preparation/checking of report timely and accurately as per Group requirements, which including HASE, HSBC and group regulator HKMA, EBA, BOE etc. -Perform analytical review for critical reports to maintain report quality.-Coordinating with HACN branches to submit consolidated group reports as required by HASE/HSBC.-Preparation/checking of HACN’s monthly and annual accounts timely and accurately as per statutory requirements. Assistant Mortgage Manager 2011.03-2018.4-Handle daily mortgage & consumer loan activities including loan agreement issue, loan documents review, system loan disbursement, etc.-Process and maintain other loan related activities including collection of loan principal and interest, foreign exchange settlement and declaration, CNAPS remittance, overdue loan and interest retrieve, interest rate fixing and fees collection, fully/partial prepayment, loan discharge,credit facility monitoring and other loan information related changes, etc.-Risk management by conducting daily reconciliation, day-to-day operations of local AML investigations in bank system, promptly find out and resolve discrepancies.-Prepare and delivery PBOC/CBRC/SAFE reports in accordance with the regulatory requirement every month.-Control data quality and report personal credit data to the people's Bank and process objection data every month. -Deeply involved in system development and enhancement project. Response for designing test cases and conducting UAT(such as VAT, personal credit information system enhancement)etc.-Assist line manager to compete work flow enhancement, manual review and other duties assigned.-Ensure all relevant operations are strictly complied with established guidelines/procedures/regulatory requirements and meet SLA.

-Participate in demand analysis and functional design according to projects.-Process the design, coding, testing, maintaining and performance optimization of the system.-Assist and recognize the change and improvement of user application configuration.-Provide customer support.

-Check Account opening documents, perform account opening as well as account amendment , closure strictly in compliance with the internal/regulatory procedure/guidelines;-Conduct signature verification, perform due diligence checks and review, etc.;- Maintain other account opening changes including grade facility, service charges collect, E-banking, mobile phone service, etc.;-Maintain and update the bank's static database on client;-Assist line manager to compete work flow enhancement, manual review and other duties assigned.
