Design the new laser medical equipment, the products are used for anterior segment disease in the eyes, such as cataract, glaucoma.Research the product markets, work with ID to determine the related information and specification; Design all the mechanical parts for laser cavity, optical structures, over 200 hundreds parts and assemblies are designed from my hand.Work with the suppliers and workshops to make the system cost less; also supervise the silt lamp suppliers(Suzhou 66) to improve and design a new slit lamp for our use;Compile the related documents, such as slit lamp specification and check list, test plan and test report, work instructions, user manual, and service manual, etc.Make system assembly and optical calibration;Train the engineers from USA and in Israel, and also training the engineers from Flextronics in the workshop;

Design an new analytic instrument. The first analytic instrument designed in China.Compile the Milestone 2 documents for the system specification;In Seven months, Finish the design and assemble the prototype, finish the Milestone 3,(system BOMs, prototype, cost estimation;)Write a document of the key points and difficulties for this system.
