In charge of large combines training material development.3. In charge of some training programs, such as Salesmen certification, Task Force Training.4. Work as JD University administrator, keep the system working properly.

1. Implement Operational Excellence in JDHBW, creat process for Daily CI, Kaizen, 5S, SERA(Safety Ergonomics Risk Assessment).2. Schedule and deliver trainings for internal staff, implement CI porcess and Kaizen tools, creat 5S culture, increase employee awareness of the risks, ensure the smooth implementation of operational excellence.3. Tracking the implementation of the processes, organize leadership monthly meeting and give feedback.4. Lead RCI program, 5S inspection, SERA.5. Communicate with leadership team and make annual performance goals for each wage team, schedule monthly leadership visit, facilitate communication between leadership and wage team members to help them achieve the goals.
