Monitor and participate in contractor mass tool box meeting12. Assist and implement award and penalty policy13. Manage and improve HSE database to meet Client's requirement14. Assist to establish and implement LOTO procedure and emergency response procedure

1. Inspect and monitor contractors' activities and analyze their HSE performance in complying with requirement of the project2. Establish and manage incident prevention system and responsible for conducting incident/accident investigation/root cause analysis and report 3. Accomplish a site safety implementation report and report to top management on a weekly basis4. Organize weekly safety inspection and relevantly held a follow-up safety meeting with contractor management5. Establish and implement PTW procedure6. Develop emergency response procedure and organize emergency drill on site7. Monitor and conduct all HSE trainings e.g. Site Orientation, Confined Space, Hot work, W@H and Ladder safe usage8. Establish and implement site security procedure to improve security management9. Establish LOTO procedure and meeting with contractors for controlling hazard of commissioning work10. 1. Be responsible for investigating incident/accident/analysis root cause and accomplish report and monitor follow-up action measures2. Establish safety alert and sharing with all project employees3. Manage and control leading indicator program to enhance safety supervision to site fields 4. Establish monthly and quarterly safety report to client5. Conduct HSE Site inspection and supervision including daily site inspection of scaffold/lifelines inspection, tools&equipents and rigging&lifting fittings6. Organize and participate in project weekly safety inspection and meeting7. Organize and command emergency evacuation drill8. Review and approve work permit e.g. rigging/lifting permit, scaffold permit, confined space permit9. Implement hazard correction card system and monitor its completion

1. Establish and maintain HSE policy/plan/procedures e.g. Project HSE plan, Award and Penalty procedure, Emergency Response Procedure, PTW Procedure, Electrical Tools/Equipment Inspection procedure and ensure all implemented for the projects2. Establish and develop a chemical management program as project required3. Establish and implement HSE training procedure to cover all projects. 4. Establish and maintain project Occupational Hygiene Program to ensure the occupational health of employees. 5. Establish and continuously improve HSE Management System for all project sites in accordance to National Regulation(GB) and Global Integrated Management System. 6. Conduct routine HSE evaluations on assessing potential hazards and develop appropriate control measures for all construction work on the projects. 7. Investigate and accomplish incident/accident report8. Conduct HSE supervision and audit to all projects9. Participate in bidding preparation and clarification meeting for the project

1. Be responsible for conducting all EHS Training(Chinese & English ) including EHS Orientation, Confined Space, Safe work permit, LOTO, Phosgene badge, SCBA, Chemical Safety, Fire Watchman, Emergency Response, Scaffolding & Lifeline, PPE Training etc. 2. Organize Safety Training of Turnaround Phase to ensure contractors all known with construction risk and site situation3. Establish and refresh EHS training materials4. Conduct Site EHS management including on electrics/mechanical safety inspection, scaffolding/lifeline inspection and rigging/lifting operation supervision and process monitoring implemented5. Organize and preside Weekly Safety Meeting & Inspection6. Preside a site coordination meeting with contractors with clarification of construction hazard assessment and additional project requirement7. Organize and plan emergency response drill and summarize in meeting with contractors to improve it8. Support security monitoring supervision and establish Badging & Identification system9. Review data of chemical Truck before entering site and regular inspection commenced10. Conduct site PTW inspection and supervise contractors to carry out construction work under follow up of project requirements11. Be responsible for establish EHS procedures and requirements of expansion project of MDI tanks meanwhile provide EHS technical guidance12. Manage EHS file and record
