• As project leader, lead the team to develop new tooling, molding and secondary process of new product, work out new program schedule and push the team to finish it on time. The main job is to lead the team to develop the DFM and communicate with customer for new tooling and optimize it and risk analysis; discuss with the team to optimize the molding process parameter to make sure the mass production steady; organize the team to discuss the secondary process like painting, NCVM and assemble of the products and communicate with custom the key point and the proposal solution. Will attend the mold trial, painting process and assemble process, communicate with customer by email or conference call for the tooling issue, modling issue, painting issue and assemble issue and work out correspondent proposal solution with the team timely, and feedback the latest status of the program. Work out PSW documents with the team for products approval. The main customer are Philips, Google, Coloplast, Lifescan.

• Be in charge of new medical product’s tooling project prior period development, communicate with tooling supplier for the DFM, communicate with client for the DFM and improve it. Work out tooling project schedule plan, arrange and attend mold trial, optimize molding parameter setting, feedback the latest status to client and make next step plan, run PPAP, submit PPAP samples and documentation, until the client approve the product and sign PSW. In the meantime, communicate with client having conference call and by e-mail for the tooling related issues and molding issues. Main customer as ResMed.

• Be arranged to work as an apprentice at Tooling department at the beginning, when I was familiar with tooling structure and manufacture processing, I got promotion as a tooling designer assistant. The major responsibility is assisting tooling designer to design the tool structure and finish the tooling components drawing. In 2011-6 got a project engineer position in Business engineering department, the main job is in charge of new tooling project prior period development and communicate with client for the tooling design proposal, work out tooling project schedule plan, feedback tooling status and submit tooling making progress report to client weekly, answer client’s inquire and follow up client’s design change in time to ensure the tooling project finished smoothly. Arrange and attend mold trial, submit sample inspection report to client and prepare tooling correction report. Another main point in the job is following up the producing tooling. Follow up and handle the urgent issues, organize and coordinate related department to solve the urgent issues on time. And also to support the manufacture department and quality department to improve the overall production efficiency and quality level. Main customer as SIEMENS, R&M, FORTENICK etc.
